Well it simply requires you to have Nintendo WiFi.
In order to win this Competition you must submit a graphics image of a Pokemon, you can draw it or just make a really awesome banner.
You can only enter the competition once, so make sure it's your best one ^^
So what's the Prize?
The Prize is a Jirachi OT/ID: CHANNEL / 40122 Level 100.
It'll be holding either TM 26 (Earthquake) or a Masterball.
Depends on the piece of art submitted.
